Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
To maintain the highest standard of service and accommodate all valued clients, I kindly ask that you review the following policy.
Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is respectfully required.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals
To preserve the experience for all clients, appointments begin and end as scheduled. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time while the full service fee remains applicable.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a full-service charge. Future bookings may require prepayment.
Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse service if necessary, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior or failure to follow pre/post-treatment instructions.
